运动干预对儿童心理健康影响的实验研究:身体自尊与自我概念的链式中介作用

摘要:

目的:探讨12周运动干预对儿童身体自尊、自我概念和心理健康的影响,以及身体自尊、自我概念在运动干预对心理健康影响的中介作用。方法:以小学四年级169名学生为实验对象,随机分为对照组和不同项目组合运动的实验组。实验组参加常规体育活动,同时进行持续12周、每周3次、每次30分钟中等强度的运动干预,对照组参加常规体育活动。采用班级团体测量方式,分别使用《少年儿童身体自尊量表》《儿童自我概念量表》和《儿童青少年心理健康量表》测量身体自尊、自我概念及心理健康。结果:(1)实验组儿童在实验后测的身体自尊、自我概念和心理健康水平均显著高于前测(P<0.05),后测与后效之间差异不显著(P>0.05),且实验组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)运动、身体自尊、自我概念、心理健康之间均存在显著的正相关;(3)身体自尊、自我概念在运动干预与心理健康之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的60.85%。结论:运动是促进儿童心理健康的重要因素,儿童的身体自尊和自我概念在运动与心理健康之间存在着链式中介作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the effects of 12-week martial arts combined with synchronized rope skipping, fun track and field combined with synchronized rope skipping on children's physical self-esteem, self-concept and mental health, and to investigate the mediating effects of physical self-esteem and self-concept on children's mental health. Methods: 169 juvenile in grade four of primary school were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group participated in regular physical activity and physical education for 12 weeks, 3 times a week, 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise intervention each time, while the control group participated in regular physical activity. The physical self-esteem, self-concept and mental health were measured by the adolescents' body self-esteem scale, the children's self-concept scale and the children's mental health scale. Results:(1) The levels of physical self-esteem, self-concept and mental health in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the pre-test(P<0.05), there was no significant difference between post-test and after-effect(P>0.05), and there was no significant difference between the experimental groups(P>0.05);(2) There was a significant positive correlation between exercise, physical self-esteem, self-concept and mental health;(3) Physical self-esteem and self-concept played a partial chain mediation role between exercise intervention and mental health, and the mediation effect accounted for 60.85% of the total effect. Conclusion:(1) Exercise can improve children's physical self-esteem, self-concept and mental health.(2) Exercise can not only directly improve children's mental health level, but also indirectly through improving physical self-esteem and self-concept.
