依据社会稳定原理,分析体育促进社会心态稳定理论,探索体育促进社会稳定机制。研究主要结论:(1)体育在转移和抚慰社会不良情绪、缓和与化解社会心理震荡、消除与弥合不满注意力、调适和缝合社会创伤与积怨,削减和缩短不公平的社会心理,都具有积极而有效的作用。(2)在社会变革初期,体育润滑功能、释放功能处主体,随"心理震荡期"减弱,体育投资功能、缓冲功能和公平功能逐步发挥它的作用。(3)体育对促进社会稳定具有积极作用,但是在功能上还只是对于社会矛盾的调节作用,还不能够独立的解决社会矛盾。(4)体育促进低收入群体社会稳定还要与"再就业工程"、"社会保障制度"以及其他社会支持活动紧密结合,只有这样才能发挥更大的作用。

Based on the social stability principle,the paper analyzed the theory of sport for the stability of social mentality,and explored its mechanism.The main findings of the study:(1) sport played effective role on transferring social harmful mood,abating social trauma,adjusting social grievances,and decreasing unfair social mentality.(2) Initial phase of social transform,sports smoothing and releasing function played a vital role,with the mentality shock weakened,sports investment capabilities,relaxing function and equitable function have playing its role.(3) Sport had a positive role on promoting social stability,but its function only remains for the regulation of social conflicts,it's unable to resolve social conflicts.(4) In order to promote social stability on lower income groups,sport needs to combine with "re-employment project","social safeguards system",etc.
