通过文献资料的收集和分析 ,研究认为 ,英、德、日三国社区体育俱乐部是大众体育开展最基本最有效的组织单位 ,它对体育人口稳定和发展有着很大的影响。英、德、日三国社区体育俱乐部的存在和发展有赖于政府的财政支援、政策和法律。德国社区体育俱乐部比较稳定 ,日本的综合型的社区体育俱乐部与德国相比还有差距 ,处于摸索阶段

Based on the analysis of related literature and data,this paper reaches the following conclusion:In Britain,Germany and Japan,the community sports clubs are the most basic and effective units for popular sports.They have great influence on the stability and development of the sports population.Their existence and development depend on the government's financial support,policies and law.The development of the community sports clubs in Germany is more stable as compared to that of those in Britain and Japan,while there is still some gap between the Japanese comprehensive community sports clubs and those in Germany,with those in Japan being at a stage of trial and error.
