为系统探索提升我国乒乓球后备人才训练质量的科学路径,基于专业研讨与理论分析,从多维视角提出关键策略。研究表明,科学化训练基础构建是重要前提,应重点关注少儿器材适配的标准化与科学性、早期技术基础与核心竞技特质的规范化培养,以及训练负荷同技术发展阶段的协同优化。核心训练理念的深化需要确立旋转认知、发力机制及球感培养的核心地位,强化摩擦与旋转意识,科学安排训练—休息周期,并深刻把握球感生成与基本功训练间的辩证关系。竞技实战能力提升依赖于“以赛带练、赛训结合”模式的科学应用,即增强运动员实战应变能力,统筹训练与比赛安排,并前瞻关注技术转型与核心竞争优势塑造对长期发展的影响。个性化培养则需要充分尊重运动员个体差异,支持其发展独特技战术风格,并系统激发创新意识与实践能力。研究旨在为我国青少年乒乓球训练体系的优化与创新提供理论参考与实践指导。
Abstract:To systematically explore scientific pathways for improving the training quality of prospective table tennis talents in China, this study proposes key strategies from multiple perspectives based on expert discussions and theoretical analysis. The research indicates that establishing a scientific training foundation is a crucial prerequisite, which should focus on the standardization and scientific adaptation of equipment for children, the normative development of early technical foundations and core competitive traits, as well as the synergistic optimization of training load and technical development stages. Deepening core training philosophies requires emphasizing the perception of spin, mechanisms of kinetic chain, and the cultivation of ball feel, strengthening awareness of friction and spin, scientifically arranging training-rest cycles, and profoundly understanding the dialectical relationship between ball feel development and fundamental skill training. Enhancing competitive practical ability relies on the scientific application of a“competition-driven training, integration of training and competition” model, improving athletes' adaptability in real-game scenarios, coordinating training and competition schedules, and proactively addressing the impact of technical transformation and core competitive advantage formation on long-term development. Personalized training should fully respect individual differences among athletes, support the development of unique technical and tactical styles, and systematically stimulate innovative thinking and practical capabilities. This study aims to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for optimizing and innovating the youth table tennis training system in China.
